One entry per team. The ₱1,000 per competing member fee is non-refundable and settled later (50% at the General Assembly) — nothing to pay now. Deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

An unlisted Google Drive link. 2–3 minutes, one continuous take, no cuts or edits. Used to decide admission if a division is oversubscribed.

Coach & team assistant

Only the coach is required. A team assistant is optional; a 2nd assistant adds the extra-assistant fee.
